Access to and use of this site (‘globalpropertyguide.com‘) is provided by the Global Property Guide subject to the following terms:

Contributions to globalpropertyguide.com

  • Where you are invited to submit any contribution to globalpropertyguide.com (including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) you agree, by submitting your contribution, to grant the Global Property Guide a royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licenceable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, make available to the public, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to your contribution worldwide and/or to incorporate your contribution in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in your contribution, and in accordance with privacy restrictions set out in the Global Property Guide’s Privacy Policy.

However, this license is not perpetual. You may withdraw from it, at your own choosing, by writing to us and telling us that you wish to withdraw your permission for republication.

Difficulties may arise if the Global Property Guide has included your material in mailshots or other subsidiary publications. The right to withdraw your license in such cases is limited by practicality.

The Global Property Guide will take all reasonable steps to withdraw publication, but it is a term of your agreement to our use of your material, that you agree that the Global Property Guide will not be liable for any damage resulting from its failure to act on your notice that you wish to withdraw your license.

Comment rules

You agree to use globalpropertyguide.com ‘Comments’ feature in accordance with the following rules.

  • Contributions must be civil and tasteful.
  • No links can be posted. Links posted will be removed automatically.
  • Contributions must be constructive and polite, not mean-spirited or contributed with the intention of causing trouble.
